Saudi Arabia family visa process
The family visa sponsor will visit Jawazat for processing this visits visa and for this he requires salary slips and sponsor letter from his employer. The chamber of commerce of this city will verify the provided salaries slips, application Form is required that will be filled in Arabic and dully signed by the applicant. Moreover, the application Form will be attested by chamber of commerce and visa processing fee will be deposited in concerned bank. The required documents like application form, fee deposit receipt, family member’s passports, Iqama, salary letter attested from chamber of commerce will be filed at Isteqdam office and this office will provide yellow receiving slip against these submitted documents. The receiving slips will be sent to the family members for further processing in their own country. This is a slow process and will take about one year, but on awarding this family visa they have three months to depart for Saudi Arabia. All family members after landing in this country will get their medical certification and that will be submitted at HR department for Muqeem/Iqama for these concerned family members.
Saudi Arabia family visa requirements

1. The copy of valid Iqama of the sponsor.
2. Copy of valid passport of the sponsor and copies of passports of the family members.
3. Fresh passport sized color pictures of the family visa applicants.
4. Marriage certificate of the applicant and its attested copies from the concerned department.
5. Marriage certificate copies should be in Arabic and if it is not, then translation copy from authorized translator in Saudi Arabia.
6. Academic and other official documents of the sponsor of this visa.
7. Family visit visa processing fee should be deposited in recommended bank.
8. The kids, traveling in this category visa must have their birth certificates.
