Dubai work visa procedure
The employer in Dubai or company apply for approval from the Ministry of Labor on the behalf of the employee. The applicant ensures the Ministry that there is no native employee who can get this job that is why the employer is going to hire overseas employee. The Ministry of Labor then allows the employer to invite the employee from oversea thorough entry visa, which is also known as pink visa.
This entry visa permit the foreign employee to enter in this Emirate and it is valid for two months from the date of issue. The entry visa holder land on this visa in Dubai and the employer then applies for Labor card that will be valid for two years. The employee has only 60 days to complete the whole process to secure permanent residence visa of this Emirate.
So it is necessary for the employee that he must complete all these formalities in given time. After that, the employee visited the Emirate ID service for ID card. The employee must contains his passport and entry visa when visiting Emirate ID service. The employer will also apply for permanent residence visa and applicant can get his medical fitness certificate from any government hospital of this Emirate.
The employer after receiving medical fitness certificate and other documents will visit Department of naturalization and Residency Dubai. Thus, authority will stamp work visa on employee passport. The work visa processing time varies from case to case, but it takes 2-3 weeks or it takes 4-5 weeks in some cases. However, the visa process expenditures are from 1500 AED to 2000 AED.
Dubai work visa rules
Dubai company or employer offer its own work visa to employee and the employee or worker cannot change his company or job on this work visa. If the employee wants to change his job or company, then he will get new work visa from the new company or employer. If there is violation of this rule, then the result will be deportation from Dubai to his homeland. The work visa is valid for three years and after that period the employer will renew this work visa. The visa applicant if does not have any sponsor, then he can apply on temporary work visa.
Dubai work visa requirements

5. Academic document of the employee.
6. Company valid trading license in case of sponsoring.
7. Recent passport sized color pictures of the applicant.
